How to reach us
Email hello@bermuda-tours.com. We answer in English, usually within two working days.
We are a booking guide, not a tour operator, so we cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. That goes to the operator through the site you booked on, whose contact details are on your confirmation. If you cannot find them, write to us and we will point you to the right place.
If your tour was cancelled or you missed it
A refund or a new date is the operator's to give. Your confirmation email carries their contact and your booking reference, which is the fastest route. Most tours listed here refund in full if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start; the Hamilton food walk does not.
Weather and ships are the other common causes. Boats do not sail in heavy rain or thunder, and a ship that is late into port can miss a pier tour. If you missed a meeting point, give the time and the place you waited when you write to the operator.
Corrections
If a fact here is wrong or out of date, tell us what and where. Meeting points move, fares change and entry prices rise, and the fastest fix is usually a reader who has just been. Every page carries the date it was last checked.

Where the official information is
Bermuda Visitor Services Centre, Hamilton
Albouy's Point, Hamilton Ferry Terminal, Front Street, Hamilton, Bermuda. Open daily from 10am to 4pm, and on Wednesdays to 7pm from May to September; closed on New Year's Day, Good Friday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. The Bermuda Tourism Authority answers on +1 441-296-9200, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
The other Visitor Services Centres
St. George's, at 25 York Street, Monday to Saturday from 10am to 4pm; and the Dockyard, at 2 Dockyard Terrace, daily from 8:30am to 4pm, and on Wednesdays to 7pm from May to September.
Crystal Caves
8 Crystal Cave Road, Hamilton Parish; (441) 293-0640. The caves sell their own entry at the door, and groups of 15 or more book ahead.
